What is the vendor commission?
A small percentage of each confirmed booking, shown before you accept the client. No hidden fees. No penalties for client cancellations.
Are trust features free?
Yes. KYC verification, escrow, digital contracts, and metrics are included by default for all vendors. Safety is a platform guarantee.
What optional upgrades exist?
Enhanced visibility options: priority placement in search, featured listings, and early-stage market boost. Visibility is optional — not legitimacy.
How does Escrow work?
The client pays Aura Global. Funds are held securely and only released to the vendor after event confirmation via Dual-Scan. Both sides are protected.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe (PCI DSS certified). Aura Global never stores card data.
